Our Background

Registrar's Department

We are responsible for the management of the University’s governance, human resources, management services and security affairs. Our department is structured into five divisions, namely: Governance Management Division (BPG), Human Resource Management Division (BSM), Human Resource Development Division (BPM), Management Services Division (BKP) and Security Division (BKS). These divisions are collectively responsible in ensuring the well-being of the University’s workforce and providing the necessary support services for the University.

To manage recruitment, career advancement, employee discipline and pension, in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations.

To ensure that the University’s management and operation are carried out in accordance with good governance.

To ensure that the University’s security policies and procedures are managed systematically, efficiently and effectively.

To lead in human capital management and development by providing excellent services exceeding the needs and expectations of our clients in line with University’s mission and vision..
