The Registry Department’s ‘Eid Celebration 2017

          On 26 July 2017 (Wednesday), ‘Eid ul-Fitri celebration event for 2017 was held at the Registry Department at 11 a.m. which was located at the Banquet Hall, Tun Abdul Razak Chancellery, UMP Pekan. The event was a joyous affair. Staff and invited guests were treated to local favourites and delicacies such as nasi dagang, bihun sup, Penang laksa, roti jala, ketupat and rendang, sate, lemang, assorted cakes, sweets, and desserts.

          This year’s celebration was co-hosted by all administrative divisions and units under the Registry Department, namely, Human Resource Management Division, Human Resource Development Division, Management Services Division, Academic Management Division, Governance Management Unit, UMP Gambang Campus Management Division, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Unit.

          This annual celebration was held in order to strengthen ties among UMP members of staff. The event was uniquely celebrated with a karaoke-singing session and a lucky draw contest for guests and also the Registry Department staff. The festive vibes of the occasion could still be felt on that day even though the month of Syawal had passed.  The event ended at 3.30 in the afternoon.
